Hilltown Local Lists Workshops with Hands-on Heritage

Join us on Monday 8th December at Hilltown Community Centre (Carcullion House) to help create a ‘Local List’ and interactive Story-map celebrating Hilltown and Rathfriland‘s heritage buildings.

We are using our specially developed app: In Your Area to create an interactive digital ‘story-map’ that will present a detailed record of Hilltown and Rathfriland’s architectural heritage.
Photography Walkabout, 11.30-2pm. We are aiming to document approximately 20 of Hilltown’s buildings. Learn some tips and tricks for photographing buildings and how to add your photos to our In Your Area map.

Drop-in Memory Workshop, 7pm-9pm, pop in enay time to enrich the map by sharing your own memories, stories, historical photos, or other information connected with Hilltown and Rathfriland’s heritage buildings. Scanners, audio recorders and help with researching will be on-hand!
