Heritage Angel Awards 2021 (Online)

23rd November 2021 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Join UAH for the Heritage Angel Awards 2021 online, broadcast live from Belfast City Hall. We are thrilled that for the first time ever, you can join us online to celebrate the 18 fantastic shortlisted heritage projects from across Northern Ireland, and to cheer on your candidate for the public vote! The evening will also feature a number of special guests including Joe Mahon, Helen Mark and Tim McGarry, and entertainment by selected participants from our first ever ‘Heritage Arts Challenge’ who have composed art, poetry, prose, photography and song based on our most poignant heritage landmarks. We will also be joined on the night by local artists Brigid O’Neill and Anthony Toner who will be performing their latest singles. The evening will be hosted by Wendy Austin MBE.

The Heritage Angel Awards are lead funded by the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation, with further support from the Department for Communities and CITB NI in 2021. The Heritage Arts Challenge is funded by National Lottery Heritage Fund. We would like to thank Belfast City Council for the kind use of the City Hall for this event.

The event will be streamed live via our Facebook page, just tune in on Tuesday 23rd from 7pm- no booking required! You can also view a digital copy of the programme below. We look forward to welcoming you on the night!
